AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By engaging GALOR (Galor d.o.o.) for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any project.

SERVICES

GALOR provides digital product development services including:

• 10-Day MVP Development - Complete MVP delivery in 10 days
• Sprint Subscription - Bi-weekly full-stack development
• AI & Automation - Custom AI solutions and workflow automation
• Web Development - Websites, web apps, and e-commerce

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms vary by service type. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Our 10-Day MVP service includes a 100% money-back guarantee. If we fail to deliver your MVP in 10 days, you receive a full refund. Conditions apply:

• Scope must be agreed upon during discovery phase
• Client must provide timely feedback (within 24 hours)
• Full payment must be received before work begins

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Upon full payment, you receive complete ownership of:

• All custom code and designs created for your project
• License to use any open-source components included
• Third-party services remain under their respective licenses

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

GALOR's total liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or business interruption.

CONFIDENTIALITY

We keep all project details confidential. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless explicitly prohibited by the client in writing.

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days written notice. For Sprint subscriptions, you may pause or cancel at any time. Refunds for partial sprints are prorated.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Banja Luka, BiH.
