Custom Internal Tools. Bespoke dashboards, full code ownership.

Internal tools built for your exact workflow. AI agents, approval flows, booking systems, dashboards. You own the code. No SaaS lock-in.

Fixed price · Full code ownership · EU hosting

Sound familiar?

Off-the-shelf SaaS does not fit your workflow.

You have three SaaS subscriptions that do not talk to each other. Your approval flow lives in email threads. Your weekly reporting is a Friday afternoon copy-paste from four spreadsheets into one master sheet. Every time a staff member leaves, someone spends a week figuring out the process they kept in their head.

Generic platforms charge you for features you do not use while missing the one thing specific to your business. You adapt your workflow to the software instead of the software to your workflow. The workarounds accumulate until the workaround has workarounds.

The real cost is not the subscription fee. It is the 30-40% of staff time lost to manual coordination tasks that a purpose-built tool eliminates in the first month. That cost compounds every year you do not fix it.

The Reframe

Purpose-built tools that fit your workflow. Code that belongs to you.

Bespoke dashboards

A single interface for the data your team actually uses. No training, no tab-switching between tools. Role-based access so every user sees exactly what they need and nothing they do not.

AI agents and approval flows

AI agents handle the repetitive decisions. Humans review the edge cases. Approval workflows with tracked rationale, not email threads with attachment-v3-final. Every decision is logged and auditable.

Full code ownership

You receive the full source code, deployment scripts, and documentation. Svelte + Hono + Drizzle stack: readable, maintainable, boring in the right way. Your internal team can extend it without us.

Stack: SvelteKit or Next.js frontend, Hono API, Drizzle ORM, Postgres or MySQL, Claude Sonnet for AI features. EU hosting on Hetzner. Deployed to your server or ours.

How it works

Discovery to handover in 4-6 weeks.

  1. 01
    Week 1-2

    Discovery and architecture

We map your current workflow in detail: what data moves, who approves what, where the bottlenecks are. We design the data model and API structure before writing a line of application code.

  2. 02
    Week 2-4

    Build

We build in public with your team. Weekly demo of working software. You test against your real data and real workflows. Scope changes are scoped, not surprise invoices.

  3. 03
    Week 4-5

    Pilot and refinement

Your team runs the tool in parallel with the old process for two weeks. We fix every edge case surfaced. Your team signs off on a tool that fits their actual workflow, not a demo.

  4. 04
    Week 5-6

    Handover and 30-day support

Full code handover with deployment documentation. Your team runs independently from day one. Thirty days of async support for questions and minor adjustments.

The clinic's editors publish articles themselves. Live in about 3 minutes.

ORL Medicina · Ljubljana, Slovenia · 2026

ORL Medicina is a two-doctor ear, nose and throat clinic in Ljubljana and an authorised Danavox hearing-aid dealer. A clinic website only stays useful if the clinic can add and change content without waiting for a developer.

We designed, built and host slusni-aparati-orl.si, with a simple editing screen for the clinic's editors. They write an article, press publish, and the site updates itself in about 3 minutes, with no developer in between. The build took 8 to 10 weeks.

  • 3 min from pressing publish to the live site
  • 99.4 out of 100 in a site audit (April 2026)
  • 1.2 s for a typical page to load
  • Top 5 on Google for “cene slušnih aparatov” (hearing-aid prices)
  • 8-10 weeks from first line of code to launch

We show the editing screen live on the intro call.

FAQ

Common questions

  • Yes. Full source code, deployment scripts, and documentation are yours at handover. No license fees, no vendor lock-in. Your internal team can extend or modify the tool without involving us.

  • No-code platforms work well for simple forms and workflows. They stop working well when you need real data integrations, complex approval logic, AI features, or a UI that matches your exact process. Custom code also does not disappear when a SaaS vendor changes pricing or shuts down.

  • The stack is production-grade from day one. Svelte + Hono + Drizzle on Hetzner scales to hundreds of concurrent users without architectural changes. If you outgrow the current setup, the codebase is clean enough for any competent developer to extend.

  • You do, with the documentation we provide. If you want ongoing development, we offer a retainer. If you want to hand it to an internal developer or another agency, the codebase is designed for that too.

  • SvelteKit or Next.js frontend, Hono API, Drizzle ORM, Postgres or MySQL, Claude Sonnet for AI features, n8n for workflow automation where applicable. Boring stack, intentionally. It will still run in 5 years.

  • Yes, if your existing systems have an API or database we can read. We confirm integration feasibility before we quote. We have connected tools to ERPs, practice management software, booking platforms, payment processors, and CRMs.

  • 4-6 weeks for a focused internal tool. Larger projects with multiple modules or complex integrations take 8-12 weeks. We scope this precisely before you commit.

  • Scope and integration complexity. A single-module tool with one integration (€15.000) versus a multi-module dashboard with 4+ integrations and AI agents (€40.000). You get a fixed number before you commit, not a range.
