The Challenge

Vital Resort (vital-resort.si) is a wellness destination offering accommodation, spa treatments, and wellness packages. They were handling all bookings via phone calls and email, which was inefficient and limiting their growth.

Guests wanted to see availability, compare room options, and book instantly — not wait for a callback during business hours. The resort needed a modern booking system that could handle their complex offering (rooms + treatments + packages).

Our Approach

Day 1-2: Discovery

We analyzed Vital Resort's booking patterns and guest journey. We discovered they had three distinct booking types: accommodation, day spa treatments, and combined packages. Each had different availability rules and pricing.

We also interviewed the reception staff to understand their pain points with the current manual process.

Day 3-4: Architecture

We designed a unified booking system:

Day 10: Launch
